Visual Studio 2008 – Beeper

Hello guys, this is my first tutorial on Visual Studio 2008. For this tutorial you will need Visual Studio, Visual Basic, Visual Basic Express Editions, or Visual C#. This is one of the more easier thing I made, soon I will make a tutorial showing how to make a web browser, Tic-Tac-Toe, Rock, Paper, Scissors, a Notepad (better looking), a program like Microsoft Paint, a calculator, a Media Player (probably will play all formats), and picture viewer (all formats), and very unlikely but maybe ...
